Description:
The locomotive came from GE Plastics in Selkirk to the RSR most likely via.CSX and then got put on this RSR spurr that is being leased by GATX to repair this locomotive and possibly send it off to Titan rail. I've heard rumors about this going to AMP in Dansville, however that is up in the air. It has been here since February.
